The Poncho Train Ranch is a 634+/- acre scenic Texas ranch, situated in Concho County, approximately 15 miles northwest of Eden and 30 miles east of San Angelo. The ranch has approximately 2 miles of FM 2402 frontage. There is an older 3 BR/1Bath ranch house, currently used as a hunter’s cabin, a barn, shed, and an older set of livestock pens. There is a good road system throughout. All blinds and feeders currently on the ranch will convey with purchase.
Water:
The primary water source is through a metered location on FM 2402 from the Millersville-Doole Water Supply Company. The ranch has 2 small tanks on the Middle Kickapoo Creek drainage. There are two water wells on the property that might need to be reworked.
