This 47 +/- acre tract of land gently slopes to the north, providing a slight elevation of 40 ft. Its highest point is the northwestern corner. The soil on the property is an Elmendorf mix, which may be used for cultivated crops, pasture, woodland, and wildlife. 

WILDLIFE:

Whitetail deer, turkey, quail, dove, hogs and other varmints make up a few of the native wildlife in Atascosa County and could be found on the ranch. 

WATER:

There is a wet-weather stream that transverses the land and fills a small pond located in the northern part of the property. This pond is only full during periods of normal to heavy rain. There is a water line that runs down Corgey Road. Currently there is no well on the property.
