Josh Arnold graduated from Texas Tech University with a bachelor’s degree in Geology. Josh is an Eagle Scout and has spent much of his life working outdoors, developing a strong appreciation for land stewardship and conservation. He works as a contract hunting guide, specializing in upland hunts and handling a variety of bird dogs. Josh has spent years guiding and hunting on ranches across Texas, expanding his practical knowledge of wildlife, habitat management, and diverse ecological regions of the state.

During the off-season, Josh works and consults for ranches throughout the Texas Hill Country and south to Gonzales, Texas, assisting landowners with daily operations and long-term land management goals. He is heavily involved in his small-town community of Kendalia, Texas, and currently serves as a board member for the Kendall County Parks and Recreation Advisory Board.

Josh’s education, hands-on ranch experience, and deep understanding of Texas land make him well suited for ranch real estate. His background in geology, wildlife management, and ranch operations allows him to evaluate property from both a practical and recreational perspective. Fluent in Spanish, Josh is able to effectively serve a diverse range of clients, while his leadership experience and strong community ties enable him to build lasting relationships in the ranch real estate market.
