Rundale Ridge Ranch
Boerne, TX, Bexar County
The Rundale Ridge Ranch consists of 165 acres in a prime location; located in Bexar County just outside the town of Boerne, TX. Boerne is an area that is known for its highly rated schools, suburban feel, rich history, downtown charm and is considered one of the best areas to live in Texas. This ranch, just minutes from downtown Boerne, is loaded with potential; an amazing hilltop that offers 360-degree views of the surrounding hill country, areas of native brush that would make for great hunting, an open field near the creek that provides nice views of the water from the hilltop, a great potential building site on top of the hill, and a feel of being in solitude with the conveniences of a big city being only miles away. Rundale Creek, a nice rock-bottom creek that traverses through the front portion of the ranch provides flowing live water springs. Dirt roads make the back part of the ranch easily accessible where the brush is thicker and potential hunting blind sites are plentiful. The property is fenced and includes a shed for storing equipment.
There is an abundant amount of native Texas wildlife found throughout the ranch. Wildlife consists of whitetail deer, hogs, dove, turkey and other varmints native to the area.
The topography of the ranch is beautiful with a high hilltop that drops down to Rundale creek, where the ranch has fertile soils and large trees as you approach the bottomland. This area is near the entrance and has been well maintained. Beautiful live oak trees are scattered throughout the ranch.
Rundale Creek flows through the ranch. This creek could potentially be dammed to create a beautiful year-round deep hole. There are also two ponds on the property.
