The main cabin has a master bedroom and bath, a modern kitchen and a living room/den area. The second cabin is located next door and provides additional beds and a bathroom. There are two metal storage containers used for storing tools, feed, equipment and ATV's. The camp is all fenced in to maintain privacy. This ranch is a perfect small-sized, turn-key operation, ready for immediate use. A small percentage of the minerals are available with the property.
