Terrain:

Approximately 70% brush and 30% fields and open pasture. The terrain is rolling and there is a beautiful wet-weather creek that traverses the property from the north to the south which is a haven for all sorts of wildlife. The trees along the creek and creek bottom are magnificent.

Improvements:

Improvements on the property include the following: a 2 bedroom, 2 bath cabin which was renovated in 2016. The house has a nice porch which faces northeast and has a wonderful view of a 25 Coastal Bermuda field. Water:

There are two water wells on the property, one on each side of the creek. The wells were drilled in 2014 and 2016. Both of these wells produce between 60 and 80 gallons a minute. Each well is enclosed in a metal building. Water from the wells is piped to the two ponds located on each side of the creek. The property also has community water provided by El Oso Water company. this provides water for the house on the property.
