County Line Ranch

The County Line Ranch is conveniently located on the outskirts of San Antonio just east of I-37 and south of 1604 on Hardy Rd. The ranch has a good mixture of oak studded pasture land and area’s that are covered in brush. The ratio of brush to pasture along with the five ponds give this ranch the ability to be a great commuter ranch for those searching for a good mixture of productive pasture land and hunting property.
Wildlife that can be found on the ranch our whitetail deer, dove, turkey, an occasional quail, and other native game.
The terrain on the ranch is relatively flat with a some minor topography changes. The ranch slopes downhill from the south side of the ranch to the north. The highest elevation on the ranch is 596ft and the lowest is 469 ft. The ranch has a good mixture of oaks consisting of mostly Live Oaks but also having some post.
The ranch has solid permitter fencing and and cross fencing. Shoots and pens are also located on the property.
The County Line Ranch has five surface tanks on the property that make for great dove hunting spots. Also under ground water is prolific in this area. Call for details regarding under ground water/water rights.
